The United States Psychotronic Association (USPA) defines psychotronics as the science of mind-body-environment relationships, an interdisciplinary science concerned with the interactions of matter, energy and consciousness. Psychotronics involves the study, research, and applications of the physics and technology of the mind, brain, spirit, consciousness, and the underlying forces of life and nature – hence the term psychotronics. A brief summary of the presentations at the 2018 conference follows.
Dr. Beverly Rubik, President of USPA, opened the conference with a warm welcome, explaining that psychotronics harnesses the power of intention to manifest the changes in the physical world. USPA is at the cutting edge in exploring subtle energies and novel bio-signals.

The Luminiferous Aether: Its Role in the History of Science
Scott gave an intriguing presentation. Conventional physics eliminated Aether while ignoring great minds like Tesla and Dirac who described a “Sea of Energy.” In our next paradigm shift, the Aether will return as the home of all forms of subtle energy, free energy and consciousness. Just because we don’t see something or understand it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. Astronomer Halton Arp noted that when faced with a choice involving a paradigm change, scientists will almost invariably choose an alternative that will save the present paradigm regardless of the evidence.

Pyramids Generate Scalar Waves and Create Orgone Energy As An Antenna With the Proper Orgone Covering
Mary discussed a unique “orgone Pyramid” with an orgone type covering, a layer of electric and dielectric material. She explained about the pyramids and their ability to pull energy from the earth, behaving as antennas. Medicine wheels create a vortex that is clockwise. This was a fascinating concept that is not talked about much in the mainstream.

Marty Lucas is a full-time radionics practitioner and instructor. He specializes in cutting-edge research, building reagents and advanced protocols for radionics work. Marty shared how plant DNA can be programmed with radionics frequencies, which is a technique that is more flexible and less costly than other genetic manipulation technologies. Radionics plays an important role in agriculture and resilience can be programmed into generations of plant seeds. The frequencies are programed into the plant during germination. This is still at the experimental stage but holds great promise.

Highlights of Psi Research
Jeffrey highlighted 136 years of Psi (extra sensory perception) research. Since the founding of the Society for Psychical Research in England in 1882, there has been an ongoing effort to scientifically define the boundaries and outer reaches of human consciousness. He highlighted the main findings that have been consistently observed for over a century. There are different definitions for these areas of consciousness. Extra sensory perception includes telepathy, clairvoyance, precognition and retro cognition. Psychokinesis is mind over matter, metal bending, weather control, psychic healing, materialization, teleportation, levitation, and telepathic sending. As Henry Ford once said “Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right.”

Understanding the Etheric Body: the 4 Ethers and Subtle Forces in Radionics
The etheric body or the Vital Body interpenetrates the physical body and is held together by interpenetrating energy threads, streams, or line of light. It is the receiver, assimilator, and transmitter of energy. Ether is the life force in every cell and atom of the physical body. Without it, there is not life. Ether is one of the five elements in Chinese medicine: ether, air, fire, water and earth. Radionic treatments travel via the ether in streams of light. It is the space within the body. The energy between the electo and magnetic elements are the etheric energies and can be measured in plants and people. Radionic treatments address the etheric body, not the physical body. Blocks occur in the ether and can be balanced to avoid potential physical illness in the body. The etheric body is the blueprint of the physical body and connects through the chakras to the subtle worlds of emotion, mental and physical. Linda repeated the conclusion that all “shock” must be cleared from the ether and the body to maintain health.

Not everyone wants new information to be shared or utilized by the general public. Finally, our understanding of physics is very simplistic and is commonly being proven to be invalid. It is very exciting to consider what is really possible.

Radionics and Radiesthesia principles are supported by current curiosities in science. There are relationships between the human body antenna and new empirical discoveries in science. She shared ideas that mitigate electromagnetic fields including the “golden grid.”

Experiments were conducted during the “Great American Eclipse” of August 2017. Anomalous effects on a pendulum, weights of objects and ambient electric space charge were experienced. This sort of physical phenomena has been associated with eclipse throughout history.

Dan examined how radionic coding may supplement information in Morphogenetic Fields, informing and affecting the resulting states in matter in cases of physical dysfunction. Radionics can tap into a hyper-dimensional ether. This type e of ether bears a striking resemblance to the Morphogenetic Field. Once we see how the Morphogenetic Field acts as a matric to guide the formation of matter, one can see how radionics can be used to supplement information in the Morphogenetic Field when it appears garbled with physical dysfunction.
In summary
The USPA believes that a true understanding of the universe must include the spiritual, as well as the technical, and provide an opportunity for amateur researchers to present their findings along with the professionals. USPA stresses research, with documentation of results, and practical application rather than personal experience and unsupported hypothesis.
With this in mind, each year the USPA has a conference to share findings, research and techniques to aid in the understating of this area of science.
