Who loves pancakes?
To eat delicious food that also nourishes your body is a good combination.
I was approached to make a delicious recipe on pancakes. There are so many good recipes, but I felt inspired making a new one. It turned out SOOO good.
Makes 7 pieces.
Ingredients
- 90 g Buckwheat flour (or sifted ancient flour/ almond flour
- 1 Tbsp arrowroot (potential replaced with psyllium husk )
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp cardamom
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
Directions
- Mix all the dry
- Mix all the wet
- Mix the batter until there are no lumps.
- Fry the pancakes in coconut oil. Use one spoonful of batter per pancake.
- Let them fry under a lid, this makes it even more fluffy.
- When you see the batter on top has solidified, flip it. Fry it on the other side for some seconds, until it`s gotten a nice crust.
Eat them as they are or with maple syrup, fresh berries, or with your favorite topping.
Enjoy!
