Food: What the Heck Should I Eat? by Mark Hyman, MD

"Eating real food is the most revolutionary act we can be a part of. For more than 30 years I’ve been sharing the message that food is medicine and I’ve seen amazing results for my patients’ health and happiness; I hope you’ll join me and reclaim your own." - Dr. Mark Hyman

Nutrition, finally explained. Dr. Hyman breaks through the diet wars, sharing what the science really says on everything from meat and dairy to grains, legumes, seafood, and more, and explains how we can eat to truly thrive.

For a look at all his favorite recipes using food as medicine, check out his companion cookbook, “Food: What the Heck Should I Cook?” which FAIM has reviewed.
