Arcadia Praxisklinik

FAIM learned about the Arcadia Praxisklinik in Germany while attending the Annie Appleseed Complementary and Alternative Medicine for Cancer conference in 2019. We have met personally with Dr. Henning Saupe, who heads the clinic.

We share the following information about the clinic:

The Arcadia Praxisklinik is located in Bad Emstal, Germany, with a primary focus on integrative oncology. They speak English, German and Swedish, and receive patients from many counties, considering themselves to be very international. They are conveniently located outside of busy cities, but only a 30 minute drive from the city of Kassel. They are two hours by car from the Frankfurt am Main airport, for which they offer a shuttle service.

Their professional staff includes six therapists, two complimentary practitioners (one osteopath and one singing bowl therapist), and two medical doctors who specialize in integrative oncology. Their philosophy of treatment is about optimizing quality of life when living with cancer - that is, maintaining and treating patients, to enable them to live and 'thrive with cancer.'

They offer a broad spectrum of therapies and individualized treatments, including herbal therapy, energy medicine, vitamins, massage, naturopathy, homeopathy, yoga, meditation, hyperthermia, IV therapy, dental procedures (in cooperation with a local "biological" dentist) and immune therapy.

Ultrasounds and thermography are performed onsite, other lab work is external.

Contacts at the clinic are Tanja Hägerich, George Erwig, and Nina Wilhelm.
