Stephen Sinatra, M.D., is a board-certified cardiologist and certified bioenergetic analyst with more than 30 years of experience in helping patients prevent and reverse heart disease.
He founded the New England Heart Center in 1987 and became a well-known advocate of combining conventional medical treatments for heart disease with complementary nutritional, anti-aging, and psychological therapies.
Sinatra’s written works include more than a dozen books, including The Great Cholesterol Myth, Reverse Heart Disease Now, and Heartbreak & Heart Disease, as well as dozens of contributions to peer-reviewed medical journals such as the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), Heart Disease, CT Medicine, and the Journal of Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation.
