Andreas M. Papas, MSc, PhD, author of The Vitamin E Factor paperback and editor of the scientific book "Antioxidant Status, Diet, Nutrition and Health," is founder and past President of YASOO Health, Inc. and Adjunct Professor, East Tennessee State University.

A Fulbright Scholar, Papas is a graduate of the University of Illinois and an expert on vitamin E, antioxidants and the role of nutrition in health.
