Zenergy Conference 2024: Putting Physics Into the Heart of Healing

Harry Massey opened the Zenergy Bioenergetic Conference on Thursday evening, October 3, 2024. He talked about his experience with NES, now known as Energy4Life, and the potential benefits of bioenergetics. To kick-off the event he led a group meditation focused on intention, abundance, and gratitude. Afterwards, the attendees listened to the uplifting and transformative music of Liquid Bloom.

Bioenergetics is a term that has been used sometimes interchangeably with Energy Medicine, which, in turn, refers to many modalities including homeopathy, energy psychology, indigenous healing techniques, biofield analysis, quantum energy, devices that use sound, frequency and light for healing, psychotronics and other modalities. In the medical world it also involves the study of mitochondrial energy transfer. As we develop a greater scientific understanding of the human body, Artificial Intelligence, and smarter and faster data capture, there has been a greater shift from looking at the body and health from a biochemical to a biophysical approach. Afterall, we are all made of waves and particles and influencing our health from this perspective makes inherent sense. Massey and the conference speakers suggest that Bioenergetics IS the medicine of the future.

Though the focal point of the conference arose from Energy4Life platform, many of the speakers added additional perspective to the idea that we are energetic organisms in addition to physical bodies. On Friday morning, Harry Massy opened the conference by talking about the Bioenergetic Ecosystem. He referenced prior research on water and light and how energy stored in the mitochondria essentially creates a capacitor so that the body become a supercharged battery. This desire to put more energy into the body is what inspired the development of the program and devices developed by Energy4Health. After a climbing accident at age 26 put Massy in a state of constant pain and fatigue, he began to search for different approaches to healing the body. Working with the scientist/engineer Peter Fraser, they developed the healing modality that eventually led to the formation of NES. In addition to their original system, the company has developed MiHealth, an end-consumer healing device and is coming out with GEM, a sophisticated wearable device that will not only track various health metrics, but analyze the body energy and emit real-time frequencies to balance the body. Several people shared their success stories based on their experience with the products.

Jeff Gladden, MD, FACC, gave a talk on “Longevity as a Process of Regeneration and Rejuvenation." As a practicing cardiologist for over 25 years, he developed a fatigue problem that could not be diagnosed by conventional testing. As he started to experiment with hormone replacement and other therapies, he asked himself “How good can we be?” His research into longevity led him to write his book “100 is the new 30.” In addition to typical longevity strategies, he encourages people to ask themselves about the purpose, meaning and focus of their lives, to optimize emotional and mental health, develop meaningful relationships and optimize Joy.

Rollin McCraty, PhD of the HeartMath Institute presented “Measuring the Collective Consciousness: The Global Consciousness Project Reimaged.” He noted that the heart sends more information to the body than the brain and that the heart’s magnetic field extends to over 3 feet. He talked about Heart Rate Variability (HRV) research and how it has developed over the years. Studies have shown that positive emotional connection can be felt non-locally. He discussed his work with the Global Coherence Initiative: the idea that a certain number of people in a state of love and compassion can influence others accordingly. He cited his work with Joe Dispenza where groups send positive healing intentions, further confirming this premise.

Dave Asprey discussed“ The Bioenergetics Revolution: Shaping the Future and Transforming Lives.” He shared his experience with biohacking to understand and treat his own health issues. He noted that people limit their beliefs by what they think is possible until someone proves otherwise. Our body throws out most of reality because we are not conscious of it. He discussed many innovations for health including working with brain waves, red and infra-red light and the quantum effect of bioenergetics. He noted that forgiveness and equanimity are important to living a meaningful life.

“Harnessing Bioenergetics: Boosting Profitability and Power through Mindset & Conscious Language” was presented by Deb & Brandon Yager. The Yagers, who are experts in NLP and conscious language, discussed the importance of what you tell yourself and others and how that impacts what you achieve in life.

In his talk, “Bioenergetic WellNES System,” Steve McCardell discussed his work with bioenergetics which he has been using since 2007. He explained how frequencies and frequency patterns work to heal the body/mind system. He shared his experience with the Energy4Life products and invited several people to share their experiences and testimonials.

In “Pillars of Quantum Biology for Health” with Catherine Clinton, ND, she explored the basic assumptions and theory supporting quantum biology. She walked us through the pillars of light, sound, frequency, water and how they impact our health. She talked about water memory and the role that water plays as a bridge between our internal terrain and frequency.

After the dinner break, Jennifer Joy Jimenez led a TranscenDance session followed by music with DJ Sammy Shoebox Moses.

Saturday morning was mostly dedicated to the E4L platform, With Harrey Massey discussing the New GIST and GEM products and how they work.

Hemal Patel, PhD, spoke on “Bioenergetic Research.” Patel, from UCSD, is a leading researcher in the field of bioenergetics, healing, and meditation. He applies scientific scrutiny to his research on mitochondrial healing, brain wave metrics and non-local healing. He discussed his work with Joe Dispenza and some of the amazing results that they have documented.

Barry Goldstein is a Grammy award winning composer and sound expert. He has devoted much of his career to the healing power of music. He noted that music delivers a powerful message that can move us into a state of heart coherence that can help us heal and grow. He says that it is important to know that music is not happening to you, but in you.

Zulia Frost, MD, DCMAc, is among the world’s foremost experts in bioelectric stimulation (“BEST”) therapy and has used it in practice for more than 30 years with over 10,000 patients. She talked about her use of the MiHealth and gave a demonstration about the many ways it can be used. In her experience, energy deficiency sets off pathology and then physical symptoms appear. People often have unconscious blocks to healing. MiHealth can detect and treat problems at a frequency level that might be harder to uncover as physical conditions are often entwined with underlying emotional or psychological issues.

Natalie Lefevre talked about Emotional Intelligence and the importance of healing root-cause emotions. This can be accomplished successfully with the use of frequencies and energy modalities. She noted that epigenetics, ancestry, and childhood trauma and belief systems create our identity and influence how we live our lives. We can heal ourselves and manifest our dreams if we are willing to dig deeper into these patterns.

The capstone of the conference included a panel comprised of the various presenters who each revealed their thoughts about the future of medicine, bioenergetics and healing. Common themes included accessing the higher self, emotional healing, living congruently with the environment and applying new technology to ancient principles. May love go viral!
